Solved! I had forgotten how mach-ii pods/views/templates works, of course the block that is assembled in one template is cfoutputted in a layout template, and adding the cfprocessingdirective in that template as well solved it.

I have | supresswhitespace set to yes globally (in the admin), and that seems to | work | great. | | What doesn't work though is to set supresswhitespace to 'no' (using | cfprocessing tag) in a view/template (around the actual textarea block that | needs to have whitespace on). | | I was trying to troubleshoot and isolate the case a bit, but I don't seem | to | get here - any tips? | | Cheers, | Hugo | | -- | Hugo Ahlenius | [email protected] | | | -- | online documentation: http://openbd.org/manual/ | google+ hints/tips: https://plus.google.com/115990347459711259462 | http://groups.google.com/group/openbd?hl=en -- online documentation: http://openbd.org/manual/ google+ hints/tips: https://plus.google.com/115990347459711259462 http://groups.google.com/group/openbd?hl=en
