Access definitely works since all it's doing it talking to ODBC so the rub here is probably 32/64 bit. I ran into this years ago on an ancient application when we moved it from Windows 2000 to Windows 2008 but it was on Adobe CF. As I recall there is some wrapper involved at the OS level but that's probably what you mention here. Can you configure the datasource in Windows itself in the Database area of control panel (or whatever that's called)? If that doesn't work then it definitely won't work on the OpenBD side of things. -- Matthew Woodward [email protected] http://blog.mattwoodward.com identi.ca / Twitter: @mpwoodward Please do not send me proprietary file formats such as Word, PowerPoint, etc. as attachments. http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/no-word-attachments.html -- online documentation: http://openbd.org/manual/ google+ hints/tips: https://plus.google.com/115990347459711259462 http://groups.google.com/group/openbd?hl=en
