Similar situation here [GlassFish 3, OpenBD, Windows Server 2003, MS SQL
2000] with the type of setup. For the server name I just used the SQL
Servers host name FOOSQL01. I am assuming it would be the same with your
setup. Its just the name of the boxes, not \\FOOSQL01.
