Very good points, both this and the point about the JAVA definition already 
existing on the system. I will make note and address it in the next release.

@Jordan: Maybe this was just my install, but cfjavascript and
cfstylesheet did not work out of the box with the windows 2.02
installer.
I fixed it easily by adding a handler mapping in iis to boncode for
*.cfres.

Thanks for making the installers by the way. Makes life much easier
and I like how everything is organized under one folder.
