Hi Aaron,

It is really just a single instance install issue which was why
pluginjarpath was created i think.

Before that the expectation was that plugins would be under WEB-INF/lib so
as long as that path is correct it should work.

@AlanW whats the latest on the debugger I'd forgotten about that ?
