Wow.
Well done, Mr. Michaels!

I installed straight out of the box on a spanking new 64bit W08. Made zero 
alterations/adjustments to the machine. Smooth as silk.

No jakarta, no configure ISAPI first, no edit config files...  Just install 
and go.
