+1 for forums. No less than 10 times in as many years have I needed a SIMPLE forum snap-in of some sort. I have tried Galleon at least 1/2 dozen times, and just can't get what I need out of it.
I don't need many forums within many "Conferences". Too much to manage, and too many levels for me and my users (many of whom I am starting to suspect of being even slower-witted than I) to navigate. I have a long bitch-list about this topic, but I won't subject you to that here. I'll add it to the "forum" discussion, if one gets started. I would be willing to help with this one, if possible, but don't know how much help I would be. To me, java still mostly refers to this empty cup beside the keyboard. tx, c On Tuesday, July 31, 2012 6:49:14 PM UTC-5, MarcusF wrote: > > What are your thoughts on what's missing in the CFML community vs. for > example the PHP community? > Are there any specific apps or style of apps that you feel are missing in > CFML? > > I'm considering taking on such a project in my spare time, but I can't > decide what to do, so I figured I'd ask what you guys feel is missing. > -- online documentation: http://openbd.org/manual/ http://groups.google.com/group/openbd?hl=en
