client data is encoded into either cookie or a backend data store.

What this is telling you is that there was an issue with decoding that
packet of serialized data back.

looking at your cookies: bdglobals / bdclient_zoobank from your site,
these are very big.  So you are storing a lot more information here than
you probably realize you are.   Go through your code and make sure you
are storing the minimal and somewhere some developer didn't accidentally
leave in a reference to a CFC or something that it is attempting to
encode/decode.
