Thanks for the suggestions. It looks ImageMagick requires Ghostscript, which Mats suggested. Either way, it looks like I'd need to learn a little more about incorperating DLLs or somesuch. In any case, my boss has decided not to worry about it for now, but thank you both for the suggestions! It'll give me something to go on if we come back to this.
