Wouldn't the best location for OpenBD Desktop be the customjars-std folder? This one would make sure that your add-on jar allways will be copied into the lib folder when you start your OpenBlueDragonDesktop. That's atleast what I did when I was fiddeling with the resin jar for some PHP support in one of my OpenBD Projects....
Note: This is just for the Desktop version... which cleans up the lib each time it starts... /Mats/ On Thu, Dec 6, 2012 at 11:05 AM, Alex Skinner <[email protected]> wrote: > Try putting the jar in your openbd lib directory > > A > > > On Wednesday, 5 December 2012, Grant Gelinas-Brown < > [email protected]> wrote: > > Hey there, > > I'm a little stymied on making a connection from OpenBD Desktop on > Windows to FileMaker server using the JDBC driver. > > Testing environment: > > Windows 2008 Server Standard > > FileMaker Server Advanced 12 > > Both on the same machine. > > I have successfully done this from the Mac OS to FileMaker Server on > Windows, but when i try to add a datasource using OpenBD Desktop on the > Windows Server, I get the error: > > Could not register database driver com.filemaker.jdbc.Driver.
