Wouldn't the best location for OpenBD Desktop be the customjars-std folder?
 This one would make sure that your add-on jar allways will be copied into
the lib folder when you start your OpenBlueDragonDesktop.  That's atleast
what I did when I was fiddeling with the resin jar for some PHP support in
one of my OpenBD Projects....

Note:  This is just for the Desktop version... which cleans up the lib each
time it starts...
