The project has most definitely not stopped.
We're just busy with our normal jobs and no major showstopping bugs have
been reported. Remember, the engine is over 10 years in maturity ...
it is very stable doing a beautiful job. If others wish to contribute
functions/tags/features then please step forward.
We've just done a major rewrite of the whole website, http://openbd.org/
which was not an insignificant project.
Many open source projects have a slow release cycle ...
nginx/lighttd/haproxy come to mind, that are used and relied upon by
literally millions of websites. Panic not my friend ... all is well.
