I'm running JAM and it's been working like a charm. This isn't the instructions I followed, but they look right: http://openbd.org/jam/ If you have nothing on the box from before, just wipe it and re-install Linux, then drop in JAM. I remember having some issues the first time I installed, but all I did was remove everything, re-download once, and then run the installer again.
