Hi,
Is there any need for xmlFormat() function to escape characters vith value
higher than 256 (such as ลก (353))?
For XML you only need to escape five characters (" ' < > and &), but since
xmlFormat() replaces the high ASCII characters (128-255) with character
entities, should higher characters be handled the same way?
