Do you have these jars in your /lib folder too?

|httpclient-4.0.1.jar|
|httpcore-4.0.1.jar|

That exception would indicate that you need the Apache HTTP Core and
Client jars too in your WEB-INF too.  I don't think they are included by
default with OpenBD.  And installing Apache won't include the Java jars
for you either.
