Perhaps you're more familiar with one of the languages of one of these
stomp clients:
http://stomp.github.io/implementations.html#STOMP_Clients
But if you need to stick to running this on openbd then java is your
best bet.

This talks about STOMP/JSM and to say the least it has me
completely snookered and so thought I would see if anyone has any
advice or prior experience of integrating OpenBD 2.0 with this
type of service.
