Matt,

I would check to ensure that you have cfoutputonly applied. We've had issues
with similar where the web server started to send back to the browser (which 
begins
with header content that is html). Once we ensured that nothing (not even blank 
lines)
were returned to the browser until we set our cfheader/cfcontent everything 
seemed
to work.
