Hi Alan, 

Thanks for the input. I got it figured out. I emailed Jordan offlist and he 
pointed me in the right direction. I want to update the thread. 

1) I put openbd.war in the /tomcat/webapps directory
2) This created a folder called 'openbd' within that directory -- 
/tomcat/webapps/openbd
3) I deleted openbd.war (if you don't delete it, when you rename folder, it 
makes another openbd folder)
4) I renamed the openbd folder to reflect my app's name and placed my app 
in that folder
5) Success!
