I'm going to be a bit unhelpful here but.. If your code is correct, you 
wouldn't get an error.
Are you working on a new server?
Have your previous code been run on OpenBD?
Did you set enctype="multipart/form-data"?

Could you post your code?

I use fileuploads on OpenBD without issues, so unless there's something odd 
going on.. A) Your code is wrong. B) You don't have permission to upload 
files.
