We'll get this working with the current build.
With respect to upgrading ... it really is as simple as replacing the
WEB-INF/lib/ folder .. the other folders have not changed in years as
they really don't need to. But we'll make that more clearer.
I have a new desktop launcher. which we'll update the site with as
well. Expect to see a host of new stuff in the next month ...

I've done a little digging on this and you're right, it's not working
with the current build. We did some refactoring at some point along
the line and neglected to test the debugger with those changes.
We'll get it back up and running for the next release which should
hopefully be within the next month.
