Gosh darn it! Things to be said about patience... I waited not long enough it would seem. It took a solid 11 minutes for the interval to start processing after the scheduling engine came up. Now I seem to be getting perfect 60 second interval logs in my file. Thanks anyway guys. I would delete the post but the info might be useful to someone else in the future.
