Ahhhhh! Nevermind. There must be some script/location issue.
If I open JettyDesktop from the taskbar (on my 2nd monitor) then I do get 
the error. I assume this should be an easy fix somewhere, but it's not a 
standard use case.
I use a program called Actual Multiple Monitors which creates a 2nd taskbar 
for my dual monitors and that could be part of the problem.
Pinning and running JettyDesktop from my main monitor causes no issues.

Note: Running JettyDesktop from the 2nd monitor even shows different "Web 
Apps". To me this means the application is storing settings in different 
locations depending on where it is ran from.
