If anybody in the openBD community has the time or interest to help us figure out or fix some CFwheels framework failed tests here is the github branch link for openBD.
Post Text: If anyone wants to try and get CFWheels to work on OpenBD I have created a branch specifically for that purpose. https://github.com/cfwheels/cfwheels/tree/openbd I have done a lot of work on it already but there are still lots of test failures that need to be looked into. If you want to have a crack at it, just look for any tests that currently bypass OpenBD and try to make them work.
