Marcus, You need to search for the nodes you want. For example if you want to find all the "DATA" nodes under the root of "XDOC" you search for xmlSearch(xmlvar, "/XDOC/DATA") - which should give you an array of those nodes.
If you want ALL the DATA nodes and don't know the path or don't care where they are located, then just xmlSearch(xmlvar, "//DATA") - which should find them all.
