I looked into this about a year ago following Chris Peters' excellent video tutorials at cfwheels.org. I didn't get far into it before it stopped working for me because I was using openbd.
Are you saying that progress has been made in the past year or so and that it is now compatible with openbd? If you can confirm this I'll give it another try. Thanks!
