Hi all,
I have just spent way too much time trying to figure out why I can't
connect to mysql even though I opened the 3306 port to my lan through ip
tables, removed the bind-address line from the my.cnf file, and gave my
mysql user proper privileges.

Default secure settings are great, but if a default mysql config file is
used (/opt/openbdjam/etc/my.cnf) I think that's where to security settings
should be. Not hidden in the openbdjam script file.
Regardless, if you keep the --bind-address line in the script file it would
be a good idea to document on the openbdjam site for those who may need to
change it at some point.

Thanks,
Aaron J. White
