Hi İlker, Just tested this on a Windows 7 machine and it works for me.
The error message seems a bit odd, because it's asking you to specify a "variable" attribute which is clearly present in the highlighted code. I would try re-installing, personally, then maybe re-downloading the installer to ensure that nothing got corrupted along the way.
