Hi Tom,

You also need to drop a WEB-INF into the project folder when using Jetty 
Desktop.

I think the easiest is to download the WAR (J2EE Standard War on the download 
page) rename it to whatever.zip, open it up and grab the WEB-INF and bluedragon 
(For the admin stuff) and drop it into your project folder. Restart your jetty 
desktop and I believe it should work.
