This is due to the test CFCs no having names ending in Test.cfc and MXUnit
ignoring them when running directories of tests. Is this deliberate or should
those other CFCs also end in Test.cfc? (happy to rename them and submit a PR)

Clarification: they don’t all pass (most things do — but several of the file
tests fail).

Some of the tests look platform-specific? FilesTest.testDirectoryCreate()
assumes the size of a newly created folder should be zero but on Mac OS X it’s
68. I’m still figuring out why some others don’t run successfully.
