If you're running nightly, try changing the name of the function 
isUserLoggedIn() to something else in:
bluedragon/adminapi/Base.cfc
bluedragon/administrator/Application.cfc

There's a conflict with a function that I recently added to the engine with 
the same name, if you're not running nightly I don't think this is the 
issue.
