I have created a "New" OpenBD-Local which is using jre8 and default is 
using the www folder instead of the old webapp folder.
This is more to be conform with the 3.2 Jetty install...

It can be downloaded here... and ofcourse could be used as new download 
from the OpenBD Download page.
