That seemed to be it!! I can't believe it was case sensitivity. I guess I was faked out by my experience with Mac OS X where at least in one case it didn't seem to matter. Not sure about the latest OS. But regardless. That seems to be the cure based upon my latest experiments. Interestingly WITHIN cf code you can use the lower case "application" but the FILE name is indeed critical in terms of the case.
