[v3 template][cleanup] Remove ad_client default value.
In configScript the change from @AD_CLIENT_ID@ TO @#AD_CLIENT_ID@ has been
removed.
In the base table the default value @AD_CLIENT_ID@ has been removed and now is
empty.
It was failing when saving a record of client <> 0 after entering in edit mode
in a
record of client 0. Error: With your current role you don't have write
permission.
