Fixed issue 33750.Add new methods in SessionHandler to manage transactions.
Two new public methods added:
- isCurrentTransactionActive()
- beginNewTransaction()
These methods are needed to be able to modify the database in EventHandlers
that are fired when the transaction is completed.
