Regarding the paymentterm, I suggest that you debug the testcase. They are very easy to run locally (in eclipse right-click on the test class and choose debug as > junit testcase). The testcases assume a certain dataset, so maybe a new payment term has been added in the db. So the number of payment terms in the db has gone up from 4 to 5.
