In my opinion this is an interesting tool, although it seems it is not used
at all :-(

Asier will look at it in short, hope he succeeds to solve the issue very
soon. Once it is fixed, I suggest to include it in CI testing.

As you say, we should either fix it or the remove the ant task.
Otherwise it causes more harm than benefit.
