Isma, I agree with your proposal.
In our sprint we have a task to modify the Spanish Tax Module to add the new
tax rates related with renting. While doing that, we will change the dataset
name of this module and also of the Spanish Regions one.
After testing the upgrade process is OK, we will release a new minor version
of both modules.
