Openbravo ERP 2.50MP23 is available! This maintenance pack is available for Openbravo Community Edition users.
These are some of the new features included in this release: * News on Openbravo Home page[1]: Openbravo Landing page after login provides latests news and other interesting information about the product. See how you can configure[2] it. * Instance Purpose[3]: The first time that you login, the system invites you to set the instance purpose (Production, Testing, Evaluation and Development). The purpose is shown on the Welcome page so, in case of using different instances, it will help you to easily differentiate between them. * Full Audit of User requests[4]: System Admin can now track all the actions done by Users in the system, including reading information. See how you can configure[5] it. * Enhancements on HeartBeat[6]: HeartBeat is a key tool for Openbravo team to learn how the product is being used and improve it based on that feedback. See the detailed description of the enhancements[7] introduced in MP23. * Forced Login URL[8]: Login page URL can be forced though an optional property. This allows to workaround issue 14430[9]. * Support for database views in the data access layer[10]: the data access layer now also considers database views as valid business objects. This means entities are generated for them and they can be queried with HQL and accessed through the REST and JSON web service interfaces.
