I have just checked my logs from the MA-10 protocol analyzer. It sends SABME
frames at intervals of 0.3 seconds.  If I use the same timing from our
rbs_init.c, I can initialize the A-bis path to the RBS 2308.

Quite strange that apparently 1 second delay is not sufficient, and 50
milliseconds is too often...
