I've applied your changes to libosmocore, tagged it as 0.3.0 and applied
the changes to openbsc.
I'm now manually fixing up libosmo-sccp, osmo-tetra, cemmlgr-ng and
other projects that all refer to libosmocore. I would appreciate if you
could take care of osmcoom-bb.
