It's also listed in the list of all osmocom code http://git.osmocom.org/ And finally it's also the first hit on google for 'libosmo-abis': http://openbsc.osmocom.org/trac/wiki/libosmo-abis > This happens even if i use the > pablo/libosmo-abis branch from libosmocore.
