Actually my argument might have been unclear, I meant use
'openbsc/msc/xxx.h' instead of 'openbsc/libmsc/xxx.h' (so literraly
the 'lib' prefix :)
But whatever :)
@Alexander: The other fixes about non-declared things would be good
though so could you resend a set with just those ?
