OpenBSC is so old these days, it doesn't make sense to present in 2013

Same for me, and traditionally for a number of people involved with
Osmocom. At least at past FOSDEMs, there were Stefan Schmidt, Daniel
Willmann, Holger Freyther, to name a few.
I'll be spending some time at a panel in the Legal DevRoom.
