hi,set ms max power to 0 to get 1 milliwatts to start with (rach and initial power). set it to 30 to get 1 watts (1800) or 33 to get 2 watts (900). during dedicated channel, it is up to the bts to change the power level up or down, depending on the uplink level/quality.
