It's not ready, no one even looked at it much AFAIK.
Those BTS don't have a built-in PCU so you need to implement that.
There is a PCU being worked on, but targeted at openbts/osmo-bts (i.e.
IP based bts), it can prbably be used as a base to support GPRS on the
in-site but it's still a bunch of non-trivial dev-work.
