Problem with Network Scan & ipaccess-config

Hi

I have an ipAccess NanoBTS
Software version:    165c029_77
Hardware version:    168a302_v142b42d0

When performing a network scan the ipaccess-config app will hang 50% of 
the time & the the scan does not complete. I am trying to find neighbour 
cells and their parameters. Both of these scans fail:

sudo ./ipaccess-config -l 65 10.254.239.10
sudo ./ipaccess-config -l 64 10.254.239.10

Is this a known problem? I have some Wireshark logs but they are quite 
large so I didn't attach them
