Uninitialized Memory Sent in SMS

Funny bug. osmo-nitb, jolly's branches for everything.


Send a blank SMS. Receiver doesn't get blank message. Instead receiver
gets garbage, different everytime. Presumably this is uninitialized
memory until the first null.
