OSmocom-LCS installation/implementation

Hi

How to implement RRLP with Openbsc ? I have read that it can be done
through Osmocom-LCS but it gives error on compiling.
In short how to implement osmocom-LCS with openbsc ?
Osmosom-LCS is not getting compiled !!!
