Most likely, your SIM card is blocked now. There is some
kind of protection against ADM PIN brute-forcing - after 3
incorrect ADM presentations, the SIM card blocks itself.
AFAIK, there is no way to unblock it anymore.
P.S. Please read how to use the mailing lists. 70% of this
E-mail is unreadable (and useless) garbage (i.e.
images, quoted replays, Avast PR, etc.).
