Oh, does libosmocore contain vty tests? Ah yes, I even added some not so long ago. To avoid vty port conflicts, we build the projects that do vty tests inside yet another docker. Then the jobs can run concurrently. See osmo-msc and osmo-bsc jenkins jobs... ~N
