Where rxgain and power

Hi,

Where am I supposed to set initial rx-gain and tx-power ( tx-attenuation) ?

I see no suitable keywords in the BTS ( bts-uhd ) nor in the BSC.

btw, sdr is Ettus B100 driven by uhd-trx, and shows 10 dB attenuation.
